<image:caption>Depending on staff capacity and the needs of the organization we often have internship opportunities during the summer and academic year. Interns are selected based on their commitment to TJLP’s three core values, their critical understanding of privilege and oppression, and their ability to complete needed tasks. We accept undergraduate, graduate, social work, legal and non-academic related interns. Unfortunately, all internships are unpaid at this time. Sound like you?</image:caption>

<image:caption>Mol Parker-Kafka (they/them/theirs) is a queer, non-binary attorney who dreams of the day the legal system and prisons no longer exist. Mol believes interdependency is the path forward in making sure people have what they need, are safe, and able to thrive. They graduated from CUNY School of Law in 2014. Their time at CUNY shaped their commitment to lawyering as a method of harm reduction. They feel strongly that the people they support through the legal process are experts of their own lives and should be respected and honored as such. Along with lawyering, they also love to quilt, sing, and connect with people over a delicious meal.</image:caption>
