“As the People Operations Coordinator, Alexia hopes to continue to work and develop systems that are people-centered and rooted in care and respect.”
Alexia Rice-Henry (she/her) is a black queer southern transplant, living and working in Atlanta, GA. She has supported social justice non-profit administration for well over a decade and enjoys working behind the scenes on everything from finance, operations, and fundraising to support those doing movement work. As well as finding ways to push the NPIC to support organizations and individuals doing that work. Her love of Jesus and justice is the foundation of how she moves through the world. Some of the things that bring her pleasure are tennis, afro-futurism, powerlifting, being in nature and water, and enjoying gluten-free treats she does not have to bake. As the People Operations Coordinator, Alexia hopes to continue to work and develop systems that are people-centered and rooted in care and respect.
